• Support on Quality issue and follow-up until the corrective action implementation
• FTQ (First Time Quality) activity
• Quality improvement activity on tier-2 suppliers
• Supplier monthly performance review (Quality and Compliance Scorecard, etc.)
• QFS supplier improvement
• Monthly A3 report and the Step Down Chart update
• Support and resolve quality issues of Korean suppliers
• Supplier training
• Execute quality improvement strategy
• Corrective action follow up and verification
• Utilize tools to improve SQ performance at Korean based suppliers

• University Graduate
• Strong quality knowledge and experiences on connection system & wiring harness product, familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /TS16949 quality system, having quality management and capable of reading drawings, having experience for supplier audits
• Buyer experience would be preferred
• More than three years relevant experience
• Good English ability
