• Consult and coach business leaders on employee issues and sustainability
• Recruit right people timely with right quantity by understanding the business needs
• Lead employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business
• Facilitate effective local employee/labor relations and positive communication to build up the healthy company culture
• Lead the manpower planning by working closely with business head
• Improve employee satisfaction through HR activities and HR programs
• Lead annual Performance Review and Merit review process
• Manage plant overall administration affairs including house keeping, greenery and other admin related service
• Direct and take major responsibility for safety, health and environment management within the company
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor degree or above
- Over 5 years HR working experience in manufacturing multi-national companies
- HR management experience in a manufacturing plant will be a plus
- Good knowledge of the Korea labor law
- Good command of English
- Can work under pressure
- Be fast, organized, detail oriented and process driven
