1. Developing the Korea compliance strategy in line with corporate and regional priorities and coordinating country compliance activities in conjunction with the country compliance committee
2. Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures aimed at ensuring that country activities are compliant with both corporate and local ethical and legal obligations
3. Developing and delivering engaging and interactive compliance training/presentations for various stakeholders in conjunction with the relevant functional heads
4. Ensure the operations of the local business comply with internal/external compliance standards
5. Conducting routine monitoring of business activities and periodic risk assessments, conducting and overseeing investigations to ensure complaints and concerns are adequately investigated and addressed and assisting with department and company-wide compliance projects and initiatives

1. Legal qualification in a relevant jurisdiction
2. Over 12years experience in business improvement and compliance
3. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or other related industry compliance issues
4. Finance/Legal/Medical background
