- Provide technical presentations to customers and respond to customer queries about aftertreatment technology, participate in and follow up on technical marketing activities
- Manage individual new product development projects and coordinate activities with customers, within the department and cross-functionally to meet milestone dates and technical specification
- Perform system integration analysis to achieve optimal system design in terms of function and cost
- Generate new ideas regarding engineering improvements, new applications and inventions, support and recognize patentable concepts/designs
- Manage the APQP, lessons learned, DFMEA, and theirs links to DVP&R
- Perform and lead product development in CAE, testing, instrumentation data acquisition, generating design of experiments, analyze and generate reports with recommendations and conclusions as applicable and in conjunction with core development groups in Grass Lake and other development centers

- B.S. in Engineering
- 5 years experience at least in Diesel engine or emission control engineering
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of testing, FMEA and CAE analysis
- Must have the ability to generate engineering analysis programs, perform spreadsheet calculations and utilize program management, graphics and word processing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
