• Will be responsible for boosting morale and individual commitment of field forces.
• Responsible for developing key retailers in the nationwide.
• Partner with regional HQs and marketing teams to implement retail incentives or promotion plans.

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in the mobile handset industry, at least 2~3 years work experience for telecom account.
• Ability to lead and manage team members who are goal oriented in a team environment.
• Fluent in English
