1. Responsible for initiating and developing marketing objectives, strategies, plans implementation and tracking to establish a strong brand presence in Korea and support the achievement of dollar, sales unit and sales market shares' growth objectives
2. Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations and identifies potential insights and market access issues. Personally manages KOL/Key customers and develops processes/systems for effective KOL management with sales
3. Responsible for the development and implementation and execution of operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for a brand or set of brands in the short and long term and tracking
4. Assume a leadership role within Korea and communicates all relevant information regarding customer, products, trends, success stories and competitive activities, etc.
경력 및 자격요건
1. Solid sales & marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry over 10years
2. Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment a plus
3. Demonstrated success as a marketing leader
4. Ideally exercise in sales or sales management
