• Support customers for quality issues, improve product quality and satisfy customer
• New product quality planning, inclusive quality control plan /PFMEA etc. in product creation process
• Problem-solver for customer complaint handling and internal quality cases through 8-Discipline technique and PDCA
• Responsible for following up customer's audit and survey, and submit the concerned actions to customer;
• Develop working relationships with assigned customers and team members.
• Product KPI (key parameter index) regular monitoring, make/review weekly and monthly report and others customer required reports.
• Support production to improve RTY and decrease COQ by CIP process
• Support other our factories in solving and improving customers problems and issues

경력 및 자격요건
• At least 8 years quality management experience, especially customer quality
• Basic knowledge in electronics assembly and manufacturing, Mechanics and injection moulding
• Familiar with quality tools and statistics, GB 6Sigma, BB experience preferred.
• Quality system knowledge, ISO-9001 internal auditor preferred
• Good communicate skills, in English or Mandarin(preferred)
