• Support customer for quality issues, improve product quality and satisfy customer
• New product quality planning, inclusive quality control plan /PFMEA
• Problem-solver for customer complaints and internal quality cases through 8- Discipline technique and PDCA
• Responsible for following up customer's audit and survey, and submit the concerned actions to customer;
• Develop working relationships with assigned customers and team members.
• Product KPI (key parameter index) regular monitoring, make/review weekly and monthly report and others customer required reports.
• Support production to improve RTY and decrease COQ by CIP process
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

• 5 -7 years quality engineer experience, especially customer quality
• Basic knowledge in electronics assembly, Mechanics, Statistics etc
• Quality system knowledge, ISO-9001 internal auditor preferred
• Good communicate skills, in English or Mandarin(preferred)
