- Developing Revenue & Cost projections for properties.
- Running Financial Models for new and existing properties based on current performance and benchmarks.
- Conducting lease analysis and developing alternate financing structures as instructed for different projects.

Report
- Writing Management Proposals, based on existing proposals or templates for the purpose of attaining management agreements.
- Responses to tender documents.
- Developing reports and briefing papers for internal or external use.
- Drafting term sheets and legal documentation.

Commercial Negotiation

Research
- Ad hoc market research through discussion with GM and Financial Controller to obtain current information that may assist the department.
- Using statistics and other information in the development of financial analysis and report preparation.
- Targeted market research with government officials and business partners to assess quality / potential of a site.

- Fluent in Korean
