- Responsible for Staffing/Termination process, Learning, Compensation and Benefit, Data management, Employee services
- Participated in and led several projects including E-Leave, HR Admin transitioning project, Korea ERSA (Employee Retirement Security Act)
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 5~7 years experience in HR preferably at Multinational Company
- Payroll, social insurance, severance payment or ERSA, tax refund 직접 handling한 경험이 있는 분
- Strong with labor law in Korea
- Fluent in English (Must)
- Communication skills
