1. Translate industry and technical knowledge into new product concepts and applications leveraging enhancement film technologies
2.Collaborate with Marketing and Business Functions to develop effective sales stories, customer demonstrations and tools to represent and promote products and new applications to LCD customers and engage consumer brands
3.Establish new product opportunities and support the successful scale-up and launch in support of our growth targets
4.Guide new product development through application testing and recommend necessary product modifications to meet customer’s requirements

1. A Bachelor degree or Master degree is generally required
2. Passionate work style, Positive Thinking & Teamworks
3. The ability to communicate in written and spoken English
4. Basic understanding designing product and materials properties (Organic and Inorganic)
5. The ability to use analytical equipment and analyze the results
6. Knowledge of office programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required
