1. A Bachelor degree or Master degree is generally required
2. Passionate work style, Positive Thinking & Teamworks
3. The ability to communicate in written and spoken English
4. Basic understanding designing product and materials properties (Organic and Inorganic)
5. The ability to use analytical equipment and analyze the results
6. Knowledge of office programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required
