- Represents operator needs and requirements to product creation programs and our needs to operators.
- Identification of Product Acceptance issues and improvement ideas.
- Interpretation of operator requirements in conjunction with reported issues.
- Communication of mobile phone technical issues.
- Actively suggests process improvements.
