-. Lead the direct and indirect instrument sales team for the Instrument product line and its attached consumables in line with the global go to market strategy.
-. Meet Yearly and Quarterly sales revenue goals for the assigned product line.
-. Prepare accurate forecast based on detail knowledge of each opportunity in the pipeline.
-. Identify new business opportunities and lead business development efforts to translate the market requirement into sales revenue.
-. Use/develop metrics to track Sales performance by Territory, Market segments and Key accounts.
-. Conversion rate, Win/Loss ratio, Competition on trends Market coverage and market penetration.
-. Work with the Support and Service team as necessary both for new business development and to maintain customer satisfaction.

-. Significant Capital equipment Sales and Sales management experience in the Analytical or Biotech industry in a direct Sales Organization subsidiary of a US company.
-. Strategic and tactical thinking.
-. Modern manager with open communication, meaningful coaching and hands on capability.
-. Very good command of English for effective communication within the APAC organization.
