• Presales and post sales technical support to customers/ partners
• Support the Sales process, work closely with sales to develop the technical footprint and to demonstrate the technical value of our solution to qualified prospects
• Provide feedback on general product enhancements to product management and provide technical input to the engineering organization requirements

• 1 year professional experience as a Sales Engineer is preferred
• More than 1 years programming experience (familiar with Java, C)
• With database experience (familiar with SQL language, Oracle, MS SQL)
• Familiar with TCP/IP network
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Written and spoken English skill
