-Deliver effective and efficient training programs to retail staff in order to ensure service standards comply with company’s requirements
-Assist Training Manager, Asia Pacific to identify training needs and design training programs
-Coordinate both in-house and external training activities and liaise with external training institutes
-Compile and collate training records, reports and statistics
-Participate in any ac hoc projects as assigned
-Ensure all training services are in line with team standard
-Prepare and develop training materials
경력 및 자격요건
-Degree holder in Training & Development, Psychology or related discipline
-Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Training, preferably in luxury industry
-Strong knowledge of and experience in customer service
-Strong facilitation and training skills
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Meticulous, self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently
-A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills as well as a positive attitude
-Good command of both spoken and written English. Fluency in other languages will be an advantage
-Native Korean speaker
-Open-minded, detailed-oriented and excellent time & task management skills
-Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
