경력 및 자격요건
- Ability to develop and communicate a compelling strategy for the overseas beauty business and rigorously execute it to plan.
- Ability to manage profit contribution and revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service and building compelling brand positions.
- Strong analytical, business and financial management skills with a track record of managing a P&L
- Likely earlier background to include a commercial trading role possibly in a beauty/
cosmetics/healthcare retailer or a sales and marketing background in an FMCG company.
- Evidence of driving profitable growth in competitive retail markets, where high levels of customer service are key differentiators. A successful track record of managing and optimising resources and cost efficiencies, while driving improved performance across a store network is important.
- International experience is important
- Fluent in English
