- Timely issuance and preparation for notification and letters management
Internalize HR system into all aspects of HR operations by meeting the KPIs
related to the four cornerstones of System sustainability,
Ø Insurance Registration for staff
Ø Monthly Report – Leave, Training, Employees’ HC list, sector recruitment, etc
Ø General duties, on HR issues
Ø Managing the regulation and procedures of administration
경력 및 자격요건
More than (5) years of working experience as HR middle manager with a similar project
environment in terms of discipline (electrical and mechanical engineering, project
company) complexity and size.

- More active communication with business counter part(HQ, Region, outsourcing,
consulting firms,etc)
