1. Provide a customer correspondence for sales representatives
2. Assist a documentation & filling for sales representatives
3. Timely distribute product information/material to sales representatives
4. Provide regular sales analysis to sales representatives
5. Maintain and develop good relationship with distributors and clients
6. Support any ad-hoc assistance in other department
7. Provide and efficient and customer focused reception service whereby all visitors/calls are dealt with in timely, professional and friendly manner
8. Provide exceptional quality administrative support to the Human Resources Department, General Manager and other departments. Assist in compiling presentations, reports and relevant documentation
9. Co-ordinate travel arrangements for all employees and liaise with travel provider
10. Co-ordinate booking for taxis and car rentals in accordance with company policy
11. Administer company health insurance scheme
