경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Engineering from four-year college or university
- Production management experience in automotive industry,10 years or above
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Strong leadership skills. Able to relate well with people.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- EHS knowledge in production area
