- Leading the process improvement and trouble shooting of the plant
- Communication for technology exchange with other sites
- Planning the mid-term capital expenditure and carry out capital project
- Administrate raw/aux. material supply-demand and settle up the account
- Analysis/Report plant performance (Production, Technical matters, Budget, Cost, etc.)
- Plan/Review cost saving and monitor/improve unit ratio of raw material/utility

- Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry concerned
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- 4 ~ 5 years experience in captioned process or equivalent process
