• Develop and build up 3-5 year budget.
• Implement Global company Standard Forecast Model with Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Source / Uses of funds which must be flexible on changes of volumes, unit prices by customer, exchange rate, material cost, number of employees, salary of employees, scrap rates, product line reporting etc.
• Work closely and support General Manager on all business and strategic decision-making. Evaluate the P & L performance of the business.
• Drive standardization in accounting practices and financial reporting in line with Global company / US GAAP requirements while maintaining statutory accounting requirements.
• Develop Cost Estimation / Cost Accounting / Cost Control System and take leadership role for cost reduction.
• Monitor the capital spending of Fixed Assets and Tooling (both Global company owned and customer owned). Cash flow driven focus.
• Lead internal control and risk management (incl SOX compliance).

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related major, CPA or MBA preferred;
• Computer training program, capable of handling complex spreadsheet applications in Microsoft suite of business software.
• At least 5 years working experience at a manufacturing plant
• Command of English language; ability to speak, read professional materials and write in English.
• Knowledge of and practical experience with US.GAAP and PRC GAAP.
• Familiar with Global company Accounting Practice & Procedures;
• Good interpersonal communication, constant relationship with others outside the work group.
