* Manage PDP(Product Develop Process) for all new and on-going projects
* Lead development of new sourcing opportunity for local OE products & other specific projects
* Lead product range expansion for PBU(Product Business Unit) biz growth(IAM & Diesel)
* Lead to achieve yearly new product development budget and SKU plan
* Support GSM(Global Supplier Manage) and SC&L process
* Support country manager on operation of annual BP, long-term BP, and other functional initiatives
* DO accurate/timely market research and int/external report required on the assignments at the above.

* Work experience over 5 years at Automotive industry
* Work experience at Aftermarket to be preferred
* Fluent English in reading, speaking and writing
* Engineering major preferred
* Excellent in MS Office
* Must team player
