- Develop marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness
- Execute promotions that generate increased profitable sales
- Establish and maintain strategic relationship with key sales accounts to identify growth opportunities
- Develop & research market trend/customer behaviors
- Plan and implement online marketing activities including website, online marketplace, social media management, online ads and tie-ups
- Oversee key media relationship and organize press conference & media fam trips in collaboration in PR agency
- Manage the marketing team effectively

- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the sales team members towards business outcomes
- Demonstrable experience in developing & executing marketing plans including market intelligence reports
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to new concepts, procedures and direction
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Marketing experience
