- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy
- Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
- Recruit, select and develop local management team members
- Direct functions and performance via the local management team
- Report to shareholders/parent board on organizational plans and performance

- At least 15 years management experience in the automotive sector, including
positions in Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Sales.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- A Masters Degree in business administration (MBA) is preferred
