Market Development/penetration/Commercial responsible for Business in Korea
- Budget preparation and compliance, supervision and development of team
- Determines the action plan and objectives for the regions or accounts
- Detects and develops differentiation opportunities (products or services)
- Establishes short term objectives, tactical moves and operating plans for future development at a regional/account level
- Maximizes sales opportunities
- Coordinates with marketing department
- Establishes and develops close relationships with customers
- Provides input to Sales Management on Product Development activities
- Ensures the achievement of Business Unit commercial objectives
- Complies with policies, procedures and management standards,
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops staff
경력 및 자격요건
- 경력 10년 이상 15년 이하
- 영어 필수, 일본어 가능자 우대
- EPC Biz, Power generation, Distribution 산업 경력자
