• Responsible for the accounting and financial management of Korea legal entity
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local statutory, tax and legal reporting requirements
• Provide financial reporting and decision support analysis to Country General Manager
• Work with the Regional Financial function to manage and direct the control of the accounting and financial forecasting for the Korea sales organization
• Participates in the development and implementation of necessary financial systems to support the business and reporting requirements.
• Work with regional support functions to provide financial support in special projects and strategic initiatives
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

• At least 12 to 15 years of experience in general accounting, financial planning and internal control.
• Proven track record in working with Sales and Operations Management.
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance equivalent, preferably with an MBA
• Familiar with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley compliance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large volume of information will be necessary for this role.
• Have a macro perspective and be adaptable to rapid business growth and changes.
• A good team player and who is effective in gaining consensus.
• Dynamism, assertiveness and a positive attitude are key attributes for this role.
