- Generation and analysis of production cost.
- Forecast of production cost by considering various influencing factors.
- Calculation of profitability and direct support of the management in investment related
decision making.
- increase the efficiency of production by analyzing production data and suggesting
improvements.
-Evaluate decisions related to the production of the company’s product, e.g. production
equipment, programs or processes.
