- Collaborate with Production, Quality and Resource Management teams to test and evaluate raw materials to determine their suitability for use.
- Establish and implement clear testing and evaluation protocols for all raw material types.
- Generate material testing and evaluation reports; maintain a materials evaluation database.
- Collaborate with vendors to re-engineer their products to suit our production.
- Collaborate with Purchasing Team to actively seek new vendors, and evaluate their products.
- Support other departments

- University Degree in Engineering.
- 5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Laboratory testing and experimentation experience.
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for experimentation and exploration.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Korean.
