• Develop, analyze and communicate demand requirement within our SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) process. Sales trend monitoring, Forecasting demand
• Support NPI(New Product Introduction), analysis of factory operation
• Follow up any issue or problem with factory operation or supply chain.
• Performing production project and transition project in AP
• Providing production project report and collecting detail data
• Executing and managing Capital/Expense

• BS in Electronics, Industrial Engineering or similar degree
• 3 ~ 7 years working experience in Factory.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills. Mandarin a plus.
• Six sigma and Lean production concept a plus.
• Positive attitude & self motivated and ability to work unsupervised
