1. Generate managerial report, sales and expense report
2. Operating expense analysis
3. Actual and forecast data upload into finance database system
4. Assist planning manager in production of regular/ad-hoc report, forecasting and budgeting
5. Reconcile closing data in SAP with finance database system
6. Assist working template development

1. At least 2~5years experience with a multinational company in finance planning or accounting
2. Communication skills and the capability of multi-task in a fast paced environment
3. SAP and finance database system experience(preferred)
4. Financial planning and accounting knowledge
5. MS Office skilled, especially for MS excel, powerpoint
6. Flexbility/pro-active
7. Time management/Prioritization of task
8. Coordination
