1. Monitor dealership finance performance on a monthly basis assessing the following measures:
- Finance penetration rate
- Finance volume written KWON
- Wholesale utilization
- Approval ratio/conversion ratio
2. Prepare and submit dealership visit reports after each visit.
3. Analyze monthly dealership performance
4. Meet regularly with Dealer Principal and Business Manager to discuss results/opportunities/issues.
5. Train Business Mangers on:
- Selling skills (where applicable)
- Customer delivery skill
- Dealer point operation/enhancements
- New Finance products
- Tax and accounting issues
- Strategic retail finance programs
6. Assessment and report on individual Business Managers competence levels (in conjunction with General Manager, Dealer Operations and Manager Acceptance).
7. Counsel under-performing Business Managers and recommend ways of improving performance.
8. Discuss new business opportunities (financing new other and repeat business – existing customers) to increase volume of finance written
9. Monitor market competition and include intelligence in dealer visit/monthly reports.
10. Liaise with dealership administration staff (stock controllers, accountants) providing advice and training on wholesale program.
11. Provide advice and support on IT system Dealer point and liaise with IT
