- Develop Sales goals and strategy for winning business
- Communicate Tenneco’s position on commercial issues to the customer
- Manage the interface (the customer, and our alliance partners)
- Manage customer quotation and pricing negotiations
- Project 5-Year Strategic Business Plan, 1-Year Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Updated Book of Business (BOB) before end of each quarter
- Assist in leadership of total value management activities for assigned programs
- Full participation on NPIS teams for all Korean OE (KOE) programs
- Provide cross - SBU commercial support for global KOE programs
- Make domestic and international travels to meet customers, colleagues,
- Undertake other duties as assigned
경력 및 자격요건
- High integrity and moral character
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) from a four year college program or university
- Minimum 5 years automotive related experience and/or training
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, separate facts from fiction, make suggestions and draw valid conclusions
- Must possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in financial & technical business negotiations
- Experience in dealing with KOE car manufacturers
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean, written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills
- High personal drive
