1. Prepare marketing plan and provide strategy implementation plan. Review the plan periodically and make necessary adjustment to address the changes in the market and competitor environment.
2. Manage and optimize marketing activities to enhance ROI.
3. Develop short and long term strategies for business development and growth.
4. Apply hands on attitude with the market to built strong relationship/collaboration with key opinion leaders or reference customer in the region.
5. Manage key product launch process in the region to ensure product is launched in timely manner and reach the launch objectives.
6. Work with local marketing team to implement strategic marketing initiatives in the region.
7. Develop proper communication practice across the region (increase interaction between marketing staff and sales function in collaborative effort).
경력 및 자격요건
1. Degree in Science related subject (Medical or Life Science preferred)
2. Degree in Marketing/Business
3. Minimum 7 years proven successful experience in marketing and communications, preferable in Pharmaceutical, Medical device and or Life Science industry.
4. Experience in developing and implementing a successful marketing plan/strategy.
5. Experience in identifying growth opportunities and implementing change to capitalize on these.
6. Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
8. Team player with a “can do” attitude.
9. A self-starter who seeks self-development and accepts problem ownership.
10. Willingness to travel.
11. Deep and sound understanding over multinational culture.
12. No strings on Nationality
13. Must be very fluent in English and 2nd language proficiency is highly preferred, such as Chinese/Mandarin and or Japanese.
