1. Achieve market share and sales target of company products in his/her sector
2. Effective doctors and chemist calls as per central direction on average number of calls per day
3. Follow up competitors' activities and report to sales team manager
4. Ensure timely and accurate call reporting as per schedule and requirement
5. To promote products according to the plan of action, deliver relevant promotion tools during doctors' visit
6. To prepare his/her own monthly tour program, expense statement and get approval/submit as per schedule
7. Organize professional meetings on the practical aspects and to take an active role to present company products and related medical knowledge environment when required
8. To keep the territory doctor lists updated and segment customer as A/B/C class wise and also to determine frequency of calls to all class of doctors that reflects in his/her section wise doctor wise
9. Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned and discussed with manager
