GENERAL SUMMARY
Works all cost relief/cost reduction transactions with field sales teams, RFM/AFM''s, senior GFS and members of finance to support strategic initiatives. Provides field support for all product lines older than GA. Interacts with secondary market (used market brokers) to manage the presence of Company equipment as a defensive, strategic effort.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide monthly product forecast for BRM and all productivity and booking/billing data
• Provide Corporate with specific reports when requested
• Ongoing liaison with all corporate departments to ensure orders are forecasted, booked and billed properly
• Performs other duties as required

SKILLS
• Ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of H/W(Storage,Server,S/W)products and their value added to the customer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly skilled in Brio system.

Experience Required: 8-12 Years
