- Provide on site Installation of instruments, upgrades, updates, repair and PM Service.
- Calibrating our instruments for the customers use.
- Telephone Support activities outside TAC.
- Receiving, scheduling, closing of Service Calls.
- Following all reporting responsibilities of RSD, Escalation, FPR and FSR submission.
- Following all processes related to the handling of spare parts: ordering, usage, returns, physical count, car stock management, etc.
- Following all guide line related to safety at work
- Interaction with customers to offer and close the sale of service contracts and other
service products.
- Be actively involved in communicating with customer and service administrator to solve customer problem
- Executing Qualification & Validation Products at customer site.
- Attend training requirements and the handling as defined within global training
procedures.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree or MS degree in electronics or physic-chemistry with
experience in field service.
- Knowledge of other mass spectrometry techniques, bio-analytical methods and
automation are a plus.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
- Proficient basic electronic knowledge and skill is required
- Good communications skills—the ability to influence and work successfully with
varied parties, colleagues, customers and senior members of the organization
are essential.
- Customer service knowledge preferred having post sales support
- Hands-on experience in field service of bio-analytical instrument or related equipment
- Experienced personnel in HPLC and MS instrument
- LC, LCMS operational and service experience
