- Corrective action and 8D report upon quality problem
- Continuous improvement via feedback of failure information in the field and 0km
- Internal line audit for quality improvement and customer audit preparing
- Quality status check & report (QSM, QNS, etc.)
- 4M control for PCN and PTN
- 4M control for line (process) change
- 4M control for customer requirement (S/W change, spec. change, etc.)
- Customer audit
