1. Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
2. Coordinating PER process for documentation and replacing products
3. Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
4. Expedites the delivery of selected orders by cooperating with operations team
5. Answer enquiries from customers and liaise with the sales representatives with follow-up, coordination of price and delivery quotes
