1. Responsible for achievement of financial targets of operational plan
2. Ensure annual expense budget is met and maintained within budget parameters
3. Responsible for overall leadership and direction of Sales function
4. Continually strive for competitive advantage, both current and future ; build an in-depth knowledge of customer, competitor and market
5. Responsible for the development in liaison with Marketing, and implementation of Sales, and Key Account Management Strategies for hospital formularly
6. Build a 'best in class' local generic sales organization that fully leverages all available marketing and sales systems and programs. Ensure promotion practices are appropriately followed
7. Manage sales force effectiveness and competitive selling standards
8. Actively coach and partner with direct reports to build and implement their development plans and conduct performance appraisal discussions
경력 및 자격요건
1. 15 years experience in pharmaceutical sales and Key Account Management, preferably in the hospital market
2. Significant contact network in Hospital market
3. Good knowledge of Multi National Company operations in Korea
