- Preapare & Analyze financial reports (PFR, Falcon, Supporting schedules)
- Analyze and report periodic operational costs and sales variances
- Provide financial support ie. Financial analysis, optimized pricing, cost reduction initiatives
- Conduct regular operations audit
- Coordinate and develop periodic and quarterly detailed business reviews/forecasts of the operating division
- Conduct financial review of specified operation’s capital expenditures prior to submission to Headquarters
- Monitor compliance to FAMP
- Take the lead in implementing global projects i.e. SKU rationalization, inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, etc.
- Implement cash management strategies and long term goals
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as business demands

- CPA preferred but not mandatory
- At least 5 years experience in Accounting/Controllership obtained from multinational packaged foods / packaged goods companies in Korea.
- Proven experience in ERP data extraction software (such as JDE), Powerpoint and Excel are required
- Strong organization, leadership, creativity, critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written)
- Strong results orientation with an assertive, mature, proactive, and positive “can-do” attitude.
- Strong potential to assume a more senior role in the short to medium term.
