1. Develop appropriate compensation and benefit structure in the business to ensure continuous enhancement in performance levels and employee satisfaction
2. Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management of training and development
3. Plan annual HR budget and provide monthly projection liaise with finance team and manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
