3. Plan annual HR budget and provide monthly projection liaise with finance team and manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets

2. Advanced Microsoft Skill
3. Achiever/Communication Skill/Responsibility
4. Preferred who had worked for multinational companies which is pharmaceutical, medical device or in abroad
