담당업무
1. Launch Readiness Team Coordination(up-coming pipelines) and all process facilitation and regular report preparation on progress
2. Launching timeline updates and schedule management for pipelines through close communication with Drug Regulatory Affairs
3. Pipelines management
-Pre-business analysis and compendium updates for early stage pipelines
-Business scenario proposal and scenario assumption for late stage pipeline
4. Business Intelligence projects management(Patent defense strategy, business feasibility study for new source products)
5. Alliance management(main focus on strategic points)
-Analysis and contact of candidates
-Strategic options/proposal analysis
-Coordination of the deal as the window person between parties
-Performance follow-up
6. Coach and support for associates(market research project and data management)
경력 및 자격요건
1. At least 8~10years work experience in Business Development, pre-marketing and/or alliance management in pharmaceutical industry, preferred
2. Excellent communication skill and personality in working harmonized
3. Capability to lead multi-function crossed team
4. Experience of project team leading preferred
5. Scientific academic back ground
6. Pharmacist preferred
