1. Generate business in the assigned areas to meet/exceed individual sales target
2. Develop and maintain effective relationship with target doctors/pharmacists
3. Monitor and inform immediate line manager for competitor's activities in respective area
4. Personal development on product knowledge and therapies
5. Recommend business opportunity in respective area for the company to exploit
6. Make sure all records are entered into relevant company's systems in an accurate, complete and timely manner
7. Co-ordinate with other functions for inter-department activities
8. Prepare & execute sales plan in line with company business target
9. Generate information and provide feedbacks to the sales manager on field operations
10. Ensure the company promotion practices are appropriately followed
11. Implement sales force effectiveness and competitive selling standards
12. Assist in identification/development of new product opportunities for hospitals
경력 및 자격요건
1. 5years experience in CNS sales in the hospital market
2. Significant contact network in hospital market
3. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical market in Korea
4. Fluent in Korean and English preferred
